Visitors Information
Located on the corner of Macquarie Street and the Newell Highway, the Dubbo Visitors Information Centre and Events Bureau plays a pivotal role in providing valuable information to visitors, new residents and the business community.
The Bureau is part of Council’s new City Image Branch and has the following key roles:
- Providing information to current and potential visitors/new residents
- Assistance and support to tourist operators
- Souvenir sales
- Operations of an Events Bureau: referrals, facilitation, promotional support, bid assistance and a central reservation service
