Take a drive to the aquatic paradise of Lake St Clair designed to offer a premium outdoor leisure facility, popular for all water activities and a fisherman’s delight. NSW State Fisheries and local fishing clubs make regular releases into the lake of Australian Bass and Golden and Silver Perch fingerlings ensuring Lake St Clair remains a mecca for the fishing enthusiasts. The Australian Wife Carrying Titles is a key event held as part of the annual Singleton Show attracting local, national and international competitors. The program is extensive and includes all of the traditional country festival activities, rodeo, ute muster, dog high jump, wood chopping, team cattle penning and carnival rides.
